What to Expect
The Booking Process
It all starts with a free phone consultation with Hannah and Matt. This is a time to answer any looming questions and to get a sense of the process.
Once you are ready to book a photo shoot, a signed photo shoot agreement and 50% of the non-refundable session fee are required (PayPal, Venmo, Debit and Credit Cards are accepted) to set a date. The remaining $250 will be due 30 days before your photo session.
We are currently booking about a month in advance and recommend that clients schedule their shoot approximately 8 weeks prior to needing their finished product.

The Planning Session
Around three weeks before your Photoshoot, we will provide you with a link to arrange a Google Meet video call. This chat will help us understand what types of images you want to create.
During the call, we'll discuss your editing and styling preferences, offer advice on outfit choices, and inform you about what to bring along for the shoot.
Above all, this meeting gives us the opportunity to get to know each other better! We want to ensure that you don't feel like we are strangers upon meeting us in person for the first time. Since this can be a vulnerable experience for many, our goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible.
Hair & Makeup
Our professional hair and makeup artists provide catered care to match your desired look and the decor of our shoot. While our Upstairs Studio screams for an Old Hollywood glam, our makeup artists will make sure your makeup matches your aesthetic and features. Matt and Hannah will be close by to help you feel comfortable and relaxed.
The Shoot
Our Photoshoots last between 1-2 hours depending on the package you decide on.
We believe communication is vital to this step. Through the entire process, Hannah and Matt will be with you to ensure you feel comfortable. Hannah will offer support along the way. She will be your personal hype woman, making sure you know you look stunning. While Matt provides direction on posing and helps you find the right light. It is important to us that you feel the utmost respect and comfort. We welcome you to bring a partner or friend for extra support.
The Reveal
Customized for you, the Reveal can happen the day of the shoot or within the week of the shoot.
A same day reveal is coupled with an extra dose of pampering. Hannah, a licensed Acupuncturist, can help you to rest and relax in her attached treatment room or a massage therapist can be scheduled as well. While you are being treated, Matt will be busy organizing images for you to view. Small edits are done at this time.
During the reveal, Matt and Hannah will help you to choose between images. Samples of our products will be on display and you’ll pick out which images you would like to purchase. No interest, in-house payment plans are available.
